Terms & Conditions

These general terms and conditions apply to purchases made on and the use of the website www.elvacares.com. By placing an order on www.elvacares.com, you agree to the terms and conditions in effect at the time of your purchase and confirm that the information you provide is accurate.

The terms constitute a binding agreement between you as a customer and Elva Sweden AB, company registration no. 559491-5612, Södra Promenaden 25 A, 1001, 211 38 Malmö, Sweden (hereafter referred to as "Elva", "we", or "us"). We ask that you read these terms carefully before using our website or making a purchase.

Entering into an Agreement

Elva Sweden AB's website www.elvacares.com is intended for adult individuals (consumers) making purchases for personal use.

Once your order is completed, an electronic order confirmation and invoice will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please ensure your email address is correct. The order confirmation includes details of the purchased products, pricing, and billing and shipping information. We recommend saving the confirmation for future reference in case of contact with our customer service.

If you have not received an order confirmation within a reasonable time, or if the details are incorrect, please contact our customer service promptly at kontakt@elvacares.com or via the contact form on our website.

The order confirmation constitutes confirmation that a purchase agreement has been made between you and Elva Sweden AB.

Prices and Payment

All prices listed on www.elvacares.com include VAT (value-added tax) in accordance with Swedish law. Prices refer to the product only and do not include any applicable shipping fees, which are specified at checkout based on your chosen delivery method.

Current prices are shown next to each product. Elva Sweden AB reserves the right to correct clearly incorrect pricing and is not obligated to fulfill orders placed at such incorrect prices. Discount codes cannot be combined with other promotions unless otherwise clearly stated.

For orders shipped outside the EU, import duties, taxes, and other fees may apply upon delivery. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and handled by the local customs authority. We recommend contacting your local customs office for details.

Elva Sweden AB reserves the right to change prices at any time, including after an order has been placed, in the event of obvious pricing errors. If such an error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the full amount without further compensation.

Payment on www.elvacares.com is secure and reliable. Available payment methods are shown at checkout and may include credit/debit card, invoice, installment payments, or digital wallets. Payment options may vary depending on your country. Elva reserves the right to update or change available payment options at any time.

All items remain the property of Elva Sweden AB until full payment has been received.

Shipping & Delivery

We handle orders with great care and aim to deliver according to your chosen delivery option. Available shipping methods are shown at checkout. Normal delivery time is 2–10 business days depending on the shipping option. Orders placed on weekends are processed the next business day.

If a delay occurs and you have not been notified, please contact our customer service. If you wish to cancel the order due to a delay, you must notify us. If the shipment has already been dispatched, you are obliged to receive it. Cancellations are valid only when confirmed by Elva Sweden AB via email or phone.

Free shipping may apply for orders exceeding a certain value – current terms are presented at checkout. We reserve the right to adjust shipping fees as needed. It is your responsibility to provide complete and accurate shipping information. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect it, a new shipping fee may apply. Uncollected parcels incur an administrative fee of 250 SEK.

If one or more items are out of stock at packing, only the available items will be shipped. The value of any unavailable items will be refunded. If your order qualified for free shipping, the shipping fee will not be affected by this adjustment.

If you receive a damaged or opened parcel, please contact the relevant shipping carrier or pickup location immediately to file a damage report.

Liability

Elva Sweden AB’s delivery liability follows the applicable terms of the shipping provider. Our financial liability for any damage or loss related to an order is limited to the total value of that order. We are not liable for indirect losses such as loss of profit or business opportunity, nor for delays or obstacles beyond our control.

Force Majeure

Elva Sweden AB is not responsible for fulfilling obligations in situations beyond our control, such as war, natural disasters, pandemics, labor disputes, criminal acts, or third-party shipping delays. We are also not responsible for supplier-initiated product changes.

Product Information

We reserve the right to update prices, product ranges, and product details without prior notice. Elva Sweden AB strives to provide accurate product information, but we recommend checking the packaging and ingredient list upon delivery. Product images are for illustration purposes only — variations may occur due to screen settings or packaging changes.

Right of Withdrawal

As a customer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days of receiving the product. Items must be returned in unopened, original packaging and unused. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact customer service in writing within 30 days. Return shipping is paid by the customer. We recommend using a trackable service and keeping the receipt.

Refunds are made to the original payment method once the return has been received and inspected. We reserve the right to deduct an amount if the item has been handled beyond what is necessary.

Returns made after 30 days may be refunded via store credit, at our discretion.

Complaints

We follow the Swedish Consumer Agency’s guidelines for e-commerce. If you receive a defective or incorrect product, you have the right to file a complaint within a reasonable time — up to three years from purchase. Please save the product and packaging until the case is resolved.

Contact our customer service to initiate a complaint. If the product is discontinued or out of stock, we will contact you before proceeding. Approved complaints will be processed within 30 days.

Shelf Life & Allergies

A product’s shelf life depends on storage and use. The packaging will show the recommended period after opening (e.g. 6, 12, or 24 months). Always check the ingredient list on both the website and packaging upon receipt. In the event of an allergic reaction, contact our customer service.

Personal Data

When purchasing from Elva Sweden AB, some personal data is processed to fulfill your order. We respect your privacy and handle your data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Fraud

All attempted fraud will be reported to the police. Elva Sweden AB reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order if fraud is suspected.

Disputes & Governing Law

Swedish law applies. In case of a dispute that cannot be resolved through customer service, we follow the recommendations of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).

If you reside in another EU country, you can also use the EU Commission’s online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Severability Clause

If any part of these terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable.
